Hi all,

Does anyone know how to make an ice cream cake?  I would like to make
one.  I am getting a carvel cake for the rest of the guests, but our
local Carvel store is annoyed at the questions that we have asked about
the gluten, soy and peanut free status of their cakes.  Any help would
be appreciated.  Dairy Queen products contain soy.
