I just instructed a patient from Saudi Arabia in the gluten-free diet (yes,
I was surprised to be instructing a Middle Easterner in a GF diet).  I was
wondering if anyone knew of any resources in the Middle East (e.g. Arabic
materials, contact people) that I could point him to to help him stay GF.
