most responses suggested san-j. i have, i seem to have the same problem.
tofu doesn't bother me (i've bought the same brand for years.) so i don't
think my problem is soy.

several suggested essential amino acids. sounds very strange. what are they
from?

a few suggested la choy. i don't personally care for the taste. i find it
too salty.
