I am in the process of making cookies for a cookie exchange that will take
place tomorrow at the Tampa Bay Celiac's meeting (University Community
Hospital - Fletcher @ 1 PM) and I got to tell you all that Nestle's Toll
House Cookies are as good as you remember!! All I do is substitute GF Flour
for the all purpose flour in the recipe and than wa-la -- just like we
remember.
The only time I make them is when I know they will be leaving the house
SOON -- because they have a tendency to disappear (sometimes on my hips).
Wanted to share this if you didn't know it.
