I have a pretty good idea now of what to watch out for in foods, etc now,
but I keep hearing reference to environmental gluten and gluten in building
products etc. I have absolutely no idea what to watch out for in that
regard (but hope that I am not that sensitive anyways, but who knows, I am
not 100% yet either). Could anyone give me more info about this and web
sites/other sources of info about what to watch out for. Thank you so much.
