I am a little behind reading posts, so forgive me if I bring up
something that has already been dismissed.

First question I have is the issue of steamed crabs -- can gluten from
the steaming solution actually get into the crab meat? What if you wash
the crabs off? (I am asking this for the benefit of my 6 yr old who
really doesn't like the seasoning anyway) I know that many people do
use beer and vinegar in the solution so if they are not gf then there is
a problem?

Second question is concerning paper products. Has anyone confirmed with
any companies that their is gluten in paper products or does it relate
to the waxy coatings?
