Earlier this month Paul from Mr. Ritt's posted about his new items, including
the spice angel food cake.  I have never been a big fan of angel food cake,
always thought it tasted like whipped air.  Well.....we went into the bakery
today and tried a piece.  WOW it was fabulous.  We ended up buying a whole
cake!  It was delicious and relatively healthy.  Usually most GF baked items
have a lot of fat.  This is light and very tasty.  Thanks again Mr. Ritt's
