Hi Listmates,


Some of you may have seen this, but thought I'd post it. The Mayo Clinic
sends out a free email newsletter. In the one I received today, the
person asked the dietician about celiac disease and the gluten free
diet. The dietician explained grains, the diet a bit, and had references
to other information.
