Dear All,

Karin attended part of the Contemporary Glass Society
Conference at this part of the Tate last weekend.  She gave
prior warning and the result was an excellent totally GF
meal.  The sweet included a "naughty" chocolate cake which
was completely GF (there were two Coeliacs and a
wheat-allergic present).  Karin complimented the chefs and
was informed that they are easily able to produce GF food
if given reasonable warning.

I thought the list's art lovers might like to know this:-)
