I phoned Hormel a few months ago to find out if their pepperoni was GF.  I
was assured that it was.  I was happily astonished when I went to my
neighborhood Meijers.  I picked up a package of Hormel pepperoni and read the
label, being the skeptic that I am.  It actually says "gluten free" right on
the label!  I guess dreams really do come true.

I hope this means food manufacturers are realizing there are more than just a
few of us out there.  Yeah Hormel.
