I just read in a LifePlus newsletter that figs are a wonderful source of a
lot of nutrients including calcium, iron, potassium and fiber. I quit
buying anything from the bulk bins at our local Wholefoods store. Has
anyone else had problems with food from the bulk bins? Does anyone know how
to find figs that are not contaminated. I checked the archives and didn't
find the answer.
