Thank you all for your replies on Olga's Restaurant Items. Here is the
update:

1.  Red wine vinegar in the Olga dressing is not a problem since red
wine is GF.

2.  The lamb meat served at Olga's is GF.

3.  The french fries are fried in the same fryer as the breaded chicken
so cross contamination indicates a NOT GF.
