I'm trying to get a Linux (minilinux)OS going  at DOS terminal on my
Pentium II 4.2 GB Quantum fireball HD(c,D Partitions with DOS/win98) but
get the following error msg with Vmlinuz Image file.

"hd.C:; ST506 interface disk with more than 16 heads detected. Probably due
to non standard sector translation. Giving up.
(disk 0: cyl=1023, sect=63, head=128)
Kernal Panic: VFS; Unable to mount root"

Any help to decipher this msg and further advice from a Linux enthusiast is
much appreciated.
