Since joining this list several years ago, I've seen all kinds of recipe
requests. However, I've never seen anyone ask for a dairy-free quiche
recipe. I don't have problems using Lactaid milk or any of the non-dairy
powdered milk substitutes, but I haven't had any success cooking with the
non-dairy cheese products. Does anyone have a quiche recipe that doesn't
use cheese of any kind? Lactaid milk or non-dairy powdered milk are fine.
