David,

You may be out of luck.  I have used several Pentium and Pentium MMX boards
that have a maximum DIMM size of 32MB to 64MB, and I even have one board
that will not accept anything larger than a 16MB DIMM.  The ironic part of
this is the fact that I am using two 32MB SIMMs in this machine.  It has
four SIMM slots and one DIMM slot, but will only take 16MB in the DIMM.  Go
figure.

Anyway, the best way to check is to hook up the video, CPU, and sequentially
throw in a 128MB, 64MB, and 32MB DIMM.  It is possible you will only be able
to use 32MB or 64MB at one time.  Then again, you may get lucky.  Hope this
helps.
