Try www.driverguide.com for drivers. I always save time going there for
Compaq drivers, rather than try to navigate Compaq's web site. You need to
set up a (free) account, but it is well worth it for all the drivers you
could possibly imagine.
 Between Jan 13 and 19 I posted a question about Western Digitial hard
drives and Compaq computers. I mentioned in the solution (posted also during
that time) that Western Digital had helpful information on Compaq issues
with their drives, stuff I never found on Compaq's site. I am not sure if
that is what you are referring to...
