While nothing in computer tech is ever 100 percent accurate as you and Russ
have pointed out, "much" of the info that is available throughout the "net"
doesn't make any mentioned of this fact. :-)FWIW, and  if you don't believe
that this is true, look at how the manufacturers and vendors "fudge"
benchmarks for various specs of CPU's and motherboards.  Unless you are
currently position in a "engineering" specialty, the vast "majority" of end
users are unaware of this and will gladly jump on the bandwagon until
someone "points out" this omission of fact. That is why I am glad and
thankful that "other" list members are available to correct such info.  :-)
