Which parts McD ever makes the "lean meat" of is one story.
If there's really eyes, lips, tongues, ass or only pure ground steak in
shouldn't care a paleo. It's anyway the best meat quality, in many aspects.
And i think the rumors are wrong, they use muscles only. But...
.. they add other trimed feed-lot cattle fat.

Any wild game in the savannah had less than half the fat, the "foreign" beef
from McD had *before* they add more fat.
You can read it in many books about fat and heart diseases
this saturated fat bomb, enriched with all poisons of mass
industry-agriculture .. well,
