Why not just make yourself knowlegable? You can by many good paperback
nutrition guides in any bookstore (even some drugstores and
supermarkets). I particularly like Netzer's "Complete book of Food
Counts." You can also find more detailed information (with less detail
on name-brand products) in the free, online USDA database at
http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl
