Where do the rest of your calories come from?
<< Now, I eat about 3 lb. of raw meat per week -- roughly equal amounts of 1)
beef, 2) beef liver, 3) chicken, 4) fish/seafood -- and about 10 eggs per
week. The beef and chicken are organic, but are fed some grains; the fish
is caught, not farmed, and never previously frozen.
