If someone is taking cod liver oil for all their w-3 EFAs, then
isn't flax unnecessary?

DHA and EPA are the only 2 essential w-3 EFAs, right?

I am trying to keep my diet as anti inflammatory as possible. Instead of
taking 1T of Cod and 1T of Flax per day, what if I just took 2T of
Cod?

It seems like I don't digest flax oil all that well.
