It's more.  Protein is about 4 (some sources say 4.5) kcal/gram.
So I'm getting something like 560 cal/day of protein.

As far as I know, walnuts are the only nuts with a reasonably
good ERA ratio.  But I get tired of them after a while.

Maybe, but acne is an odd allergy symptom.  And it goes away if I
correct the EFA imbalance.  I regard this as one of the most
direct demonstrations of the correctness of the EFA ratio theory.
The clearing of gum disease is another.  It has long been known
that gum disease is correlated with heart disease risk.  The EFA
theory suggests an explanation for this correlation.

Hmm.. I haven't looked at D'Adamo's book in some time.  Let me
dust it off and see what he says about nuts for type As...
Peanuts and pumpkin seeds are supposed to be highly beneficial,
and most other nuts are acceptable.  The "avoid" nuts are
brazils, cashews, and pistachios.  Of the three, brazils are the
only ones that I routinely eat.  Ah well, I still don't know what
to make of his theory.
