The difference of 0.4 ph above may come from the difference
between raw and cooked
but also from an increased part of alcaline fruit.

My own efforts to reach higher alcaline balance did not reach up from
6.3 yet. although I'm living on vegetables and salad now.
I'm still drinking coffee and (acid-)artichoce
but no cereal-grain and only almonds as breakfast.

I've read that some parts inside the body do "buffer" acidity by some
kind of (troublesome) deposits. Maybe my body is still occupied
with decreasing older dopisits.
I'll try to quit coffee....

What's "normal"? Probably some "average". This may though be wrong.
There are dozends of books about the problem of "acidosis", and the
problems that may arise from it. The URL I quoted, mentiones some.
If you measure 6.0 or above, then the body still has some possibility
to go lower. Up to 4.5 with its de-acidification, as you quote.

I'm impressed, I never reached that.
Well, with this numbers you'll certainly not encounter a problem of
acid deposits in the body.

There are bacteria and fungi which are able to live in more acid, and in
a more alcaline environment. The blood's pH is constant, so the urine
pH is relevant for bacteria in the urine-containing organs.
Permanent alcaline will help *only* against the one,
permanent acid against the other.
An alteration from time to time will help fight all of them.

Encouraged by your posting I'll try more seriouos to become more alcaline
and monitor it.

From my zero-animal protein and fat time (now two weeks) I feel
a little quicker already. Or is it sunshine and spring outside?
