Saturated fats are created mainly when animals convert
>sugars to fats for storage. Wild animals do not have much
>storage fat, except for those species that fatten up in the fall,
>in preparation for the winter.
is suet , will be considered astorage fat? IT is obviously of a differente
texture composition than other fats (between muscles , underneath skins or
around joints ) how is is it different in nutrients?
i ask that because no mater how lean a deer is they allways have a fair
amount of kidney fats except when very young. What is the function of the
suet ( is it just protection of the kindney?)
