I caught the end of GOOD EATS on the Food Network the other night and the
host is talking to a nutritionist who is saying that Yogurt is a great source of
calcium for those who are lactose intolerant.
As far as I know, yogurt IS a dairy product.
On another program, a segment was on this chocolate maker who stated that one
of his chocolate treats was only 2% lactose.
So? Lactose content is lactose content as far as i'm concerned.
I don't get it!
