Just thought I'd share that Tyler (for those who may not know, he is my older son, will be 3 in May and was allergic to milk, egg, soy, fish and has since outgrown soy and egg) had PIZZA for the first time in his life yesterday and has had NO reaction thus far. I know I need to wait 3 days for a delayed GI reaction (which he has been known to have) but it is very exciting that there was no immediate reaction, GI or otherwise. We had been giving him, on the advice of GI, small amounts of milk in baked goods and we just decided to "go for it" on the cooked cheese products (pizza)....fingers crossed that this is a true success and we can challenge actual MILK before his 3rd birthday!! YAHOOOOOOOO!
