This list applies to the US *only* though - the ingredients vary between
countries, particularly things like milk in the baps, which I believe is
the case in the US, but isn't in the UK.

UK McDonalds have nothing on-line as yet, but they have just re-released
their leaflet on the nutritional content (or not!) of their food, which
includes full ingredients lists and a chart with common allergies as
well!  I've seen it at a few McD's lately.
