I have been just substituting powdered or reconstituted soy milk for powdered
milk or liquid milk in all my favorite bread machinie recipes. It seems to
make the crust a little crunchier than regular milk does, but the flavor and
texture are still good. Here are a few of our favorites.

1 1/8 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/8 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon powdered soy milk
