I wonder about people who can't understand that a dairy allergy is a
preventable condition that can hurt someone. All my friends and
acquaintances are very well aware of my allergy and I still remind them to
make sure. In most cases they are friends so want to do the right thing.

In big cities, the better the restaurant, the more likely they are to
provide better service. At the prices some of them charge, it had better be
good! Please explain the "retaliation" problem. Other than stories of
enlisted army ranks peeing in the hot chocolate of their officers during WW
2, I haven't heard of anything like that.
>Good point. But is retaliation ever a problem?
