<< G-lers,
Interested persons can view photos of tombs of Prophets (AS) and great
Muslim Saints - 'Walis' (RA) - at the website below. The ones from Iraq and
Syria have been mounted, but those from Saudi Arabia, India, and Pakistan are
yet to be added.

Well, no offence meant, but, we muslims are not supposed to revere tombs, be
it that of Prophets or just odinary folk. There is a famous Hadith in which
the Prophet (SAS) said to Ali (RA) "Shall l send you on an important
mission?" Go to the graveyard, and level any tombs or monuments that you
find there, and do not leave until all of them are level with the ground. To
mark a grave, muslims should put a stone at the head of the grave, or palnt a
shrub, and nothing more.Controversial subject since our graveyards are full
of monuments, but it is something that was the deen does not advocate.Purity
of worship, to revere nothing but Allah (SWT) being the reason behind it. On
the other hand, some of the holy sites of the Shi'ites are the tombs of e.g
Hussein, the Prophet's grandson, and others they consider holy.
