Hi,

    I agree with you! I think its a giant leap forward for them to be
willing to show FDR this way. I think this a good thing. If someone wants to
try out a wheelchair go to the mall - and borrow one and go shopping and
find out what its like to use one not just sit in one!! The importance to is
show FDR's  greatness had squat to do with his ability to walk and
everything to do with who he was. The Wheelchair would have been a sign of
weakness in his time and that we have grown somewhat beyond this view, and
maybe this will help some of the stragglers grow!!
