This seems to be an area where internet (new) economics could be brought to
bear. Instead of a mere "2000 best writers of the 20th C.", you could have
the 2 million best writers, and listing in this "magnificent web page" could
be bought for $0.165, with no need for that second copy. The thousand-fold
reduction in exclusivity would be made up for by the thousand-fold increase
in readership.

                Seems to me we've been through this before, and that most of
us are waiting
                (patiently!) for our Xerox copies.  On the other hand, if
the esteemed
                honoree were to offer them as a host/ess gift,  no Pinhead
would be so
                ungracious as to turn one down.
