Hello Listers,

Ever since I purchased my HP-880 printer I've had this problem. Every time
I turn the printer on, one page starts to print but before it does you have
to press the resume button. Then it prints a page with just a few
characters on it. Sometimes just one character prints i.e. a *. Other
times you get various other characters/symbols printed. Does anyone know
how to stop this first page from printing out? It wastes a sheet of paper,
and is annoying. Could this possibly be a driver problem and I just need a
more current driver or maybe a patch of some sort?
Thanks for all your help in advance
Dave Schroeder
