check your memory.  My guess is the memory may be the wrong type or
it it improperly seated.

If you get nowhere there do the following:

Remove all cards except video.  Check it.
Remove Hard drives also and maybe floppy.  Then check it and then
one piece at a time reinstall each item rebooting until you find the
faulty part.
