Simple answer, you can't. PC clocks are notorious for being inaccurate
(although 1/2 hour is a little more than normal. My recommendation is to get
one of those pieces of software which synchronizes your local clock with one
of the time servers on the net. If you are connected to a LAN you could
synchronize with the server itself. Aside from that you can always change
