Its good to hear your have had good luck with your paediatrician Rachel.
And that you seem to be treating your daughter as not being ill.
Naturally doctors need to be aware of food intolerances, as I said, I
have been diagnosed by a specialist, but he himself said there was no
need to see him again until I plan to have children myself, because I am
not ill!

Hope all goes well with the new baby!
