When buying "Non-dairy" creamers and whipped cream replacements, look for
the ones that are labeled "Pareve" these products are truly dairy free.
If  they're not labeled pareve (most truly dairy free creamers, etc., are),
make sure that they do not contain casein, sodium caseinate, etc. The
"casein" root tells you that the milkiness is derived from milk.
