Hi -

Beth here, checking in from Bethesda, MD (inside the Beltway).  I'm mildly
LI myself, but my husband is allergic to casein (not anaphylactic, thank
goodness).  One son (4 yrs) has trouble with milk, so avoids it but hasn't
needed to go completely milk-free.  The other son (2 yrs) is FINE on milk
but has tested positive for egg, soy and shellfish.  Will retest in another
month and expect the egg to have stopped being a problem.
