In IE5, you can move individual favorites (web addresses) WITHIN a folder by
RIGHT CLICKING on a the favorite you wish to move, holding the button down
and simultaneously moving the mouse. You'll notice a horizontal black line
appear as soon as you start to move the mouse. When you are satisfied with
the favorite's proposed new position, release the button and the favorite
will drop into the area immediately under the black line's last position -
ignoring any sort order you'd previously applied.

This is a good way to put your most used favorites at the very top of the
folder for quicker visibility.

If you want to move the favorite to another folder, use the right click on
the favorite and with the right mouse button menu, choose "CUT". Then right
click on the new folder's icon and choose "PASTE" from the right click menu.
The favorite is then inserted within the folder in sorted order.
