Mac files can reside on a NT File server, that was why I was asking what OS the PC was running. There are also file software packages that you can load on a PC that will allow you to create a folder that will be usable by a Mac as well The other thing I would look at is moving the CD-Burner over to the Mac. If it is SCSI it could relatively easily transfered to a Imac, especially if it is all ready and external unit. If it was USB it would be even easier ! ----- Original Message ----- From: Dale <[log in to unmask]> To: <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Tuesday, November 30, 1999 8:31 AM Subject: Re: [PCBUILD] Hooking IMAC to a PC to burn CDs on the PC > If you installed a network card in your PC and established a small > network that would for sure work. The only possible way as far as I am aware, would be to Binhex (a form of compression that protects and allows Mac files to reside on a PC) your Mac files and then burn a disk full of compressed files.
