If I were trying to increase my w3, besides eating
fish, would whole flaxseeds be a digestable
alternative?  Or do I need to use just the oil?  Also,
anyone know anything about grapeseed oil?  It is very
high in Polyunsaturated fat, but does that make it
have a higher w3 content?  Thanks for any help with
this.
