In Copenhagen, the Danish workmen climb scaffolding in steel-toed wooden
clogs after a hearty lunch of sausage, cheese and warm Carlsberg beer. At
least in the late '70's they did. I would always marvel at the construction
site which would have neatly stacked cases of beer next to the neatly
stacked pallets of masonry. Butter a lug, take a chug.
