"The Eat Right Diet" - this is a paper-back of "Eat Right For Your
Type".  the book explains the background to the theory, with the
general
food lists.

"Cook Right For Your Type" - for those who want recipes.  includes the
general food lists also. (I have not read this book, since so far I'm
not interested in elaborate cooking).
