Hello! I don't know of any way to directly do what you want, but if you put a shortcut to your old favorites folder in your new IE5 favorites folder (\windows\favorites), that would allow you one click access to your old ones. HTH Will Stephenson ><> [log in to unmask] From: Ajit V Damle I have been running IE 3.02 on a Win 95B machine and now want to upgrade to the latest version of that browser. Problem is that due to space considerations I moved the the favorites from C drive to E drive using TweakUI. Is there a way for IE 5 to recognise where favorites resides? this is very important to me as they are in excess of 10,000 in number. Also is there a way to disable the active desktop feature without having to play around with the registry? regards ajit Ajit Damle ICQ# 1233076 Phone 9862 8961 [log in to unmask] sometimes [log in to unmask] PCSOFT only works if you contribute.
