Mary,

I eat a mixture of raw and cooked, its about 50% at present.
I do warm my meat, so sometimes it is more 'rare' than 'raw'.  I like
sweet
potato and carrot raw.

I find that I digest raw meat much easier than cooked.  I guess the
benefits
come mainly from the living enzymes.

The only meat I eat is certified organic (BioDynamic grown on grass).
