i want to mention a technique i am using myself, not for food-related
things, though. it is called holographic repatterning. there is info
on the
web about it. one of the things you can do with it is ask your system
any
question that can be answered with yes or no. there is a muscular way
of
telling if your system is saying "eat" or "don=B4t eat", if we were to
take
this meat-eating example. you can both have a person using the
technique
with you or you can learn it and do it yourself. i find it useful
because
my intuition is not very developed.
