This bread mix has always included wheat starch. This can be easily confirmed by going to their UK page at: http://www.glutenfree-foods.co.uk/tritamyl.html I don't include this product on my page on vendor links. I just hope that this is the only gluten-free, wheat-free product at your site that includes gluten and wheat. Don.
