I would like to see a study broken down further to look at the relative risks of consuming eggs prepared in different ways. Some folks don't like the white and prefer a runny (almost raw) yolk. Others fry the things to death. Some use butter.. some use Pam.. some use non-stick cookware... It's probable that far too many variables are involved there for meaningful conclusions to be drawn, but hey -- that hasn't stopped epidemiologists before! :D (My apologies to any epidemiologists on the list.)
