I note that both Hydrolyzed Plant Protein (HPP) and Hydrolyzed Vegetable
Protein (HVP) are verboten to celiacs. Does anyone know if this is just
because it doesn't specify which plants or veggies it originates from? In
other words are, for instance, Hydrolyzed soy protein and/or Hydrolyzed
corn protein safe for us? -vance
