<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>> Final installment of cereal & milk summary: How about a fruit smoohie, use frozen bananas and any other fruit, you could even add some tofu, a little honey etc.. . . My brother-in-law introduced us to a great breakfast drink: Fruit Frostie (1 serving): 4-5 frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, 3/4 - 1 cup apple juice. Blend until smooth We drink one of these daily with a fried or scrambled egg or a yogurt or some rice crackers or whatever. I also make fruit slushies for breakfast.: RECIPE One frozen banana - peeled* (takes the place of milk and/or ice cream) 2 scoops Better Than Milk Powder ( I use regular) 1/2 to one cup ice cubes ALSO - add one of the following, or any combo you might imagine: 1 Orange - peeled 1 cup strawberries or other fresh berries in season 2 kiwi fruits - peeled 1 cup fresh pineapple 1 large mango - peeled Add just enough water to make the mix move smoothly in the blender. Blend until fully smooth, pour into large glass and enjoy. *Bananas - I put all my bananas which have gone too ripe into the freezer. The skin makes a perfect "freezer wrap." When I want to use one in a recipe I place it into a bowl of very hot water to loosen the skin. Then I peel it and remove any brown membrane left on the banana by scraping it with a knife. . . . Ensure with gf toast or fruit (I like the Butter Pecan) (Ensure and Ensure Plus are GF but Ensure Light is not). . .GF toast with a little peanut . . .butter and jelly Sandwiches I often mix yogurt (especially flavored yogurts) and cereal, and some people who react to milk don't react to yogurt. . . . The rest of the time, I make toast from Ener-G Bread -- love their tapioca bread, and so long as you don't open the package (after which it needs to be refrigerated) it keeps for months, so it's possible to order it in large quantities.
